Salary Range: Starting
at $5,081 per month, with excellent
benefits (see below),

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including requisition
approval, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review,
candidate screening, interview strategy, and offer process.
- Create, edit, and post job advertisements on job boards, websites,
and community locations.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing qualified candidates
following HR guidelines.
- Assist with pre-screening and conducting phone, video, or
in-person interviews.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and outreach efforts to
promote NWSDS as an employer of choice
- Facilitate pre-employment screenings such as background checks,
driving records, and language tests.
- Collect, review, and file recruitment documentation including
applications, interview notes, scoring sheets, and testing documents.
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and report
outcomes to management.
- Conduct new employee onboarding, including I-9 verification and
W-4 processing.
- Provide backup support in Benefits, HR Processing, Classification
and Compensation, Employee Relations, and other HR areas.
- Compose correspondence and write procedures clearly.
- Perform research, analyze data, and reach logical conclusions.
- Travel to agency offices as needed to assist with HR processes.
